Nine-point agreement between Maoists, CPN-UML

Kathmandu, 12 April: Maoists and coalition partner CPN-UML Sunday signed a nine-point agreement in an attempt to end a political deadlock.
But is was not certain if the deadlock will be broken.
Both parties expected it will be broken.
PM Prahanda is expected to address parliament Monday.
